Pico Totaalprojecten from Schoten is a family-owned construction company with around 40 employees. We handle full renovation projects from A to Z, with clear communication, a hands-on approach, and a team that truly listens to what clients find important.
Stable & Reliable Workplace
You usually work with the same fixed team on small to medium-sized sites. Clear agreements, proper guidance, and mutual trust ensure a stable and respectful workplace. Every six months, you meet with your supervisor to discuss your progress and growth. Expect stability, clear agreements, and respect.
What are your tasks?
- You arrive at the construction site around 07:00h, after you left the depot
- Carry out demolition work in renovation projects
- Perform construction works according to the project plan
- Bricklaying on small to medium-sized sites
- Execute shoring/support work safely
- Installing support beams, and preparing the construction site for the next phases
- Carry out concrete work (floors, foundations)
- Help with drainage and sewer works
- Leave the site clean, safe, and organised
